At Outreach Medical Group we believe every patient is unique and should be treated with patient-centered care. Our PMHNP will work with every patient to develop a treatment plan. Treatment starts with an initial assessment to get to know you and make a diagnosis. From there a treatment plan is formed which may include: medication management, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, coping skills, relaxation techniques, sleep hygiene, and much more. Our goal is to help you live your best life.
